The open Living Area includes sofa, loveseat,  TV ,  and fireplace.   A serving window separates the Kitchen from  the Dining area for easy access.
As you enter the condo on your right is a full Kitchen with a  full-size refrigerator,  dishwasher,  stove w/oven, microwave and drip coffee maker.

Across from the kitchen is the Queen bedroom.
Master Bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet & its own bath.
The living room and the master bedroom have access to the large covered patio and the woodland views beyond.

There is a 2 night minimum year around.  *Holidays & Special Events may have a 3 or 
more night minimum.    Since arrival dates vary, shorter stays may be available.

 One-Time $35 Cleaning Fee & $20 Reservation Fee, and sales taxes are added to every stay.
Cleaning fee covers cleaning the unit upon departure ONLY.  Prices based on the number of 
people listed above.  Linens & towels are furnished for this number of guests.
