Weather Notice:  Due to the nature of the resort business we do not have refunds for weather or any other circumstance beyond our control.   We recommend tire chains or 4 wheel drive vehicles in the winter months as you are coming to the mountains.  We recommend arriving during daylight hours or prior to 8pm if possible during the winter months.  We do not recommend arriving through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park using Hwy. 441 during the winter.
